By using the ImgConvertCompress website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.
2. Service Description
ImgConvertCompress provides a free, online tool for converting and compressing image files (e.g., JPEG, PNG, WebP). **The primary processing of files is performed client-side (in your browser).** In cases where server-side assistance is needed, files are processed temporarily and immediately deleted, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
3. User Conduct and Content
3.1. Ownership and Responsibility
You retain all intellectual property rights and ownership of any images or files you submit to the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the files you process comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3.2. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee regarding the security, reliability, or availability of the Service or the quality of the converted output.
- **No Damages:** ImgConvertCompress (Edson Santos) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
- **Data Loss:** While processing is local, you should always maintain original copies of your files. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of files processed using the service.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **Brazil**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **S達o Paulo, Brazil** to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
